Eco Evergreen has obtained development approval for luxury condo of Tower A & B in 2019.
However after the pandemic, market studies have shown the present market require more affordable apartments & therefore Eco have abandon the luxury condo concept & embark on affordable apartments concept.
In Dec 2022, Eco managed to submit a new DP for 9 towers of apartments with a total 3,008 units to DBKK for approval.
ECO have completed the earthwork for the whole 14.83 acres site on second quarter of 2016. Consultants to the project are all appointed.
